Please read these complete terms and conditions carefully before using the k1777 platform. By using our services, you are considered to have accepted all of these conditions.

Important Notice: These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the k1777 platform and all of its services. This platform is only for those aged 21 or above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

k1777 ("we", "our", "platform") operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions described below apply equally to all registered and unregistered users. By accessing the platform or using any service, you automatically agree to these terms.

Definitions and Interpretation

The words and terms used in these terms and conditions shall have the following meanings:

"User"

Any person who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service of the k1777 platform is considered a "User".

"Platform"

The website, mobile version, and all digital services and products operated under k1777 are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

"Account Balance"

The total amount of money held in a user's registered account, which is what remains after subtracting withdrawals and bet amounts from the sum of deposits and winnings.

"Bonus Funds"

Money granted by k1777 for promotional purposes, which cannot be withdrawn until specific wagering conditions are met.

Account Registration

Registration Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on k1777:

  • Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • The account password must be kept personal and confidential. It must not be shared with any third party.
  • Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to k1777 immediately.
  • Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or made available for use by others.

Identity Verification (KYC)

k1777 may at any time request the necessary documents to verify a user's identity. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended and withdrawals being blocked. Identity verification is a security process carried out for the protection of the user.

Age Limit and Eligibility

k1777 is only for those aged 21 or above. Access to and use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Age Restriction

By registering, the user confirms that they are 21 years of age or older. k1777 has the right to request documents for age verification at any time. Providing a false age is a serious violation and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

Geographic Eligibility

Users must satisfy themselves that participating in online gaming activities is lawful in their location or place of residence. Using the platform from areas where it is prohibited is the user's own responsibility.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
  • Deposits may only be made from an account registered in the user's own name.
  • Depositing funds through a third party is not permitted.
  • Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be added to the account.

Withdrawal

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
  • Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed only to the same method used for the deposit.
  • k1777 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if any active investigation is ongoing.

Transaction Policy

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). k1777 reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction it considers suspicious. k1777 has the right to recover any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error, and the user agrees to this.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

k1777 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

  • To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the total bonus amount must be completed.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.
  • The bonus is issued only once and is specific to the account.
  • k1777 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of its misuse.

Other Promotions

k1777 runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific conditions, which are detailed on that promotion's page. General bonus policy:

  • A new bonus cannot be claimed while an existing bonus is active.
  • Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions are met.
  • k1777 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.

Gaming Rules

General Gaming Rules

All games on the k1777 platform are operated by third-party software providers, such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others. The following rules apply to game operations:

  • Each game has its own rules, which can be seen when the game loads.
  • If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, k1777 will settle the result of that game in accordance with its established policy.
  • In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, k1777's decision shall be considered final.
  • k1777 monitors continuously to ensure fair play.

VIP Program

k1777's VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback benefits available at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

The criteria for VIP tier changes are determined by k1777 and are subject to change.

Prohibited Activities

What Is Not Allowed

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k1777 platform and will result in permanent account closure:

  • Creating and operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
  • Placing coordinated bets with the intent to improperly exploit bonus or promotion benefits.
  • Attempting to hack the platform's software or find vulnerabilities.
  • Placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
  • Using the platform for money laundering.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Creating an account using false identity information or documents.
  • Disrupting the normal operations of the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

Temporary Suspension

k1777 may temporarily suspend an account for the following reasons:

  • If an identity verification process is ongoing.
  • If a review of unusual or suspicious transactions is ongoing.
  • At the user's own request to take a break.
  • If there are security-related concerns.

Permanent Closure

An account may be permanently closed for the following reasons:

  • Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
  • If fraudulent or deceptive activity is proven.
  • Use of false identity information.
  • If suspicion of money laundering is proven.

Voluntary Account Closure

A user may at any time request the closure of their account via live chat or email. Eligible balances in the account may be withdrawn before closure, however bonus funds with unfulfilled wagering conditions will be forfeited.
